FLH and KLA advise on the issuance of CRI by Bari Securitizadora
FLH and KLA – Koury Lopes Advogados advised on the 59th issuance of real estate receivables certificates by Bari Securitizadora in the total amount of BRL 105,564,000, which were publicly offered for qualified investors.
The CRI were backed by credit rights arising from lease agreements assigned to the Issuer by TRX Real Estate Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – Responsabilidade Limitada.
FLH advised BTG Pactual Investment Banking, as the lead arranger on has relied on partners William Rizzi and Gabriel Leutewiler and associates Paulo Garcia, Giovanna Bicudo, Beatriz Sanceau, Artur Nascimento and Nicole Addeo.
