García & Bodán advised Guatemalan real estate developer Spectrum on a $10 million investment in a high-end residential project in Managua.

 

Spectrum2Spectrum is headquartered in Guatemala and has over 20 years of experience in residential development across Central America and Colombia.

The new project includes 93 properties in the upscale area of Las Colinas, in the capital Managua. 

Carlos Téllez, managing partner in Nicaragua, led the García & Bodán team which advised Spectrum.
