Jones Day advises Proinfra on $165 million loan

Jones Day helped Mexican infrastructure company Proinfra obtain a $165 million loan agreement.

 

dollarsPromotora y Desarrolladora Mexicana (Proinfra) is a Mexican company which was founded in 1998 and focuses on large infrastructure and engineering projects. 

The loan, for 3.3 billion Mexican pesos (approximately $165 million), will be used for general corporate purposes and the acquisition of Trust Certificates (Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios).   

The Jones Day team was led by partner Antonio Franck.
