PPU and Estudio Rodrigo on call again for $46m loan to Mall Aventura

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría and Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano reprised their roles in a Scotiabank loan to shopping centre operator Mall Aventura. 

 

shoppingmallMall Aventura is a shopping mall developer and operator in Peru which is part of Ripley, the Chilean retail holding group.

Proceeds from the loan, granted for 150 million in Peruvian soles (approximately $46 millions), will be use to carry out the expansion of the Mall Aventura Santa Anita in Lima. 

Mall Aventura instructed a team at PPU led by partner Antonio Guarniz. 

Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano acted for Scotiabank with partner Diego Peschiera on a lead role. 

Both law firms have advised on loans to Mall Aventura earlier in 2018 and last year.
