Cariola advises CCU on $450m notes issuance

Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos acted for CCU in the registration and issuance of a 10 and 30-year notes programs in Chile.

 

Compañía Cervecerías Unidas (CCU) is Chile’s largest brewer and one of the country´s largest producers of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It was founded in 1902 and has operations in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay and Peru.

Proceeds of the $450 million issuance will be used to refinance existing debt, investment plan and other corporate purposes.
