Marval advises Pernod Ricard Argentina on vineyard sale

Argentinian law fim Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised Pernod Ricard Argentina on the sale of its wine brands Graffigna, Colón and Santa Silvia to Chilean vintner Viña San Pedro Tarapacá. 



graffignaThe transaction includes the sale of the Graffigna winery and its vineyards in the Argentinian province of San Juan, as well as its La Consulta vineyard in the province of Mendoza.



The deal is expected to close in the first half of this year.

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal partners Pablo A. Artagaveytia and María Inés Brandt, and associates Lucila Escriña and Melisa Dotta acted as legal adviser to Pernod Ricard Argentina, while partner Ramón Biaus acted as in-house counsel.

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Viña San Pedro Tarapacá, with partners Luis Miguel Incera and Vanina Vega, while Felipe Benavides Almarza and Ana María Mujica Varas acted as in-house counsel.
