García & Bodán promotes three partners

Central American law firm García & Bodán has elected three new partners in its Managua and Tegucigalpa offices, strengthening three of its core practice areas.

García & Bodán partnersThe new partners are Melvin Estrada, at the law firm’s Managua office, and Graciela Cruz and Godofredo Siercke at the Tegucigalpa office.

Melvin Estrada is regional director of the tax practice, Graciela Cruz regional sub-director of intellectual property, and Godofredo Siercke is regional director of energy and natural resources.



The law firm has offices in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua.

“We have always known that Melvin is a great professional, and a connoisseur like no other in Nicaragua in tax matters,” Terencio García, García & Bodán’s regional managing partner, said.
