Marval advises Renner on Argentina expansion
Argentinian law firm Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal has counselled Brazil’s largest department store chain Lojas Renner on its entry into Argentina.
Renner will open three stores in Argentina during the second quarter of this year, one in Buenos Aires and two in Córdoba, as part of the company’s regional expansion, which began with its move into Uruguay in 2017.
Marval partner Pablo Artagaveytia and associates Ignacio Torino, Fernanda Molina and María Laura Bolatti Cristófaro led the advisory team.
Renner was aided by its in-house team Eloísa Elena Sassen and Carlos Henrique Barroso.
