EY Peru incorporates new legal services team

Ernst & Young (EY) Peru has added eight professionals to its legal services team in its Lima office, bolstering the practice’s ability to counsel companies on business growth and legal risk mitigation.

The new team will comprise Diana Tassara, Diana Gárate, Natalia Gallardo, Felipe Durán-Cornejo, Alejandra Gálvez and Lucía Villavicencio.



The team joins EY Peru’s mre than 1,600 specialists in auditing, consultancy, M&A, tax and corporate financing.

The addition of the new team is part of the firm’s strategy for growth, leadership and the attraction of new talent to build a better business environment, EY Peru’s country managing partner Paulo Pantigoso said.
