Morales & Besa advises Banco Security on Tralka solar plant loan

Chilean law firm Morales & Besa has advised Banco Security on a $35 million loan to Tralka for the acquisition of portfolio of solar plants in the country.

Chile solarTralka secured the $35 million loan from Banco Security in order to partially finance the acquisition of small-scale distributed generation solar power plant projects in Coquimbo, Valparaíso, Metropolitana, O’Higgins, Maule and Ñuble regions.

The Morales & Besa team included Carlos Silva, Myriam Barahona, Javier Balbontín, Paulo Quinteros, Gabriela Leaño, Manuel José Eyzaguirre and Ignacio Chomalí.
