Garrido counsels Alef Biotechnology on Ingens acquisition
Estudio Garrido has advised Alef Biotechnology Argentina on its acquisition of Laboratorio Ingens, as Alef seeks to expand its business in the South American Country.
Alef Biotechnology is focused on the production of medical-grade marijuana for medicinal purposes, while Laboratorio Ingens is a manufacturer, purchaser and importer and vendor of pharmaceuticals.
With its acquisition of Ingens, Alef is seeking to expand its business in Argentina.
Garrido’s partners Gustavo Garrido, Lucas Granillo Ocampo and Patricia Maccaferri, and associate Regina Gaggiotti, advised on the deal.
Laboratorio Ingens was advised by Estudio Portela’s partner Carlos Portela.
