Felsberg advises UBS on Imóvel Barra stake purchase

Brazilian law firm Felsberg Advogados has advised investment banking firm UBS and its Fund FII UBS Office on the acquisition of a 70-per cent stake in local real estate developer Imóvel Barra from BR Properties.

Felsberg’s team was led by partner Fernanda Amaral (pictured), with associates Livia Endo, Guilherme Zangirolami and Julia Jacques.


BMA, led by partner Jane Goldman, acted as counsel to BR Properties, while UBS’ in-house counsel Daniel Cortez was also involved in the transaction.
