Marval acts for Marcopolo in Metalsur share purchase
Argentinian law firm Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal has advised the Brazilian bus manufacturer Marcopolo on its purchase of the shares held by the Maestú family in Argentinian company Metalsur Carrocerías.
