Cariola counsels Quillayes on merger with Surlat

Chilean law firm Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos has advised Quillayes, a Chilean dairy company, on its merger with Surlat, a dairy company controlled by Swiss company Emmi AG. 



Cristián Herrera of CariolaThe merger will result in the creation of a joint holding entity under the name of Quillayes Surlat, and which will have the fourth-largest market share of the dairy sector in Chile.
