Marval advises Innovation Consulting Worldwide on sale of INSITUM shares to Accenture
Argentinian law firm Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal has advised Madrid-based consultancy Innovation Consulting Worldwide in the sale of its shares in INSITUM Consultoría Argentina to Accenture.
INSITUM is a consultancy that designs business growth and transformation solutions by applying thinking methods grounded in behavioural science. The transaction was carried out within the framework of a global agreement for the acquisition of shares that was closed in several jurisdictions, and which completes Accenture’s acquisition of INSITUM.
As a result of the acquisition, Accenture Interactive will expand the services of its design and innovation unit Fjord in Latin America, and strengthen its position among the leading experience agencies in the region, Marval said.
Marval partner Gabriel Gotlib (pictured) and associates Santiago Pablo Cruz and Verónica Noelia Ascarrunz Prinzo acted for Innovation Consulting Worldwide, while Accenture was advised by Baker McKenzie, with a team led by partners Vanina Caniza and Francisco Fernández Rostello, with associates Cecilia Máspero and Florencia Giacometto.
