Grupo Moreno engages Felsberg Advogados for restructuring

Felsberg Advogados is advising sugarcane processing company Grupo Moreno on its 1.8-billion-reais ($433.8 million) restructuring ahead of a planned sale.


Thomas FelsbergGrupo Moreno owns and operates three sugarcane mills, with a processing capacity of 14 million tons of sugarcane. The sale of the group envisages the entire company. 



Felsberg’s partners Thomas Felsberg (pictured), Fabiana Solano, and Clara Azzoni led the law firm’s team advising Grupo Moreno, with senior associate Thiago Costa and associates André Drumon, and Fernanda Athanagildo.
