Pinheiro Neto advises underwriters on Minerva debentures issuance

Brazilian law firm Pinheiro Neto has advised the underwriters on a 400-million-reais ($96 million) debentures issuance by food producer Minerva.

Ricardo Russo of Pinheiro NetoThe underwiters were Banco BTG Pactual  Banco Bradesco BBI, BB-Banco de Investimento, and Banco Itaú BBA.

This is the sixth public offering of debentures issued by Minerva, the law firm said.



Pinheiro Net’s team was led by partner Ricardo Russo (pictured), with associates Marcello Mammocci Pompilio, Vittoria Cervantes de Simoni, Gustavo Guedes Araújo and intern Gabriela Lancellotti Schwarz.
