TozziniFreire appoints head partner of white collar practice

Brazilian firm TozziniFreire Advogados has recruited Isadora Fingermann as head partner of its white collar crimes practice. 



Isadora Fingermann of TozziniFreireExperienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and high complexity projects, Isadora has extensive expertise in economic criminal law and in representing the interests of Brazilian and multinational corporations in corruption cases, including highly complex internal investigations involving more than one jurisdiction, the law firm said.

Isadora (pictured) holds a postgraduate degree in economic criminal law from Fundação Getulio Vargas, a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University in the US, and is a graduate of the Law School of the Universidade de São Paulo.

Isadora’s arrival is a strategic hire and will complement other key practice areas, such as compliance and antitrust, according to Fernando Serec, CEO of TozziniFreire.
