Argentina’s BCLC changes its name to BCCB

Argentinian law firm Badeni, Cantilo, Laplacette & Carricart (BCLC) has changed its name to Badeni, Cantilo, Carricart & Bilbao (BCCB).

The Buenos Aires-based law firm was founded in 1973 by Segundo V. Linares Quintana and Gregorio Badeni (pictured), both attorneys at law, with the latter still a partner, while the former remained a consultant to the firm until 2013.

With a team of 20 lawyers, BCCB provides services to clients in a wide range of industries, covering corporate, financial and commercial law, litigation, M&A, real estate, and civil and family law.
