Kuri Breña advises Consubanco on notes issuance
Mexican law firm Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar has advised Consubanco on the implementation of its second issuance of notes on the Mexican Stock Exchange, from a five-year, 7.5-billion-peso ($380 million) program, for which the firm also acted as legal counsel.
The transaction was rated ‘A-’ by Fitch and ‘A’ by HR Ratings.
Bursamétrica acted as placement agent, and Monex acted as common representative of the noteholders.
The law firm’s team was led by partners Daniel Kuri Breña and Alvaro Sarmiento Lapiedra, with senior associate José Alejandro Casas Farías.
