Baker McKenzie advises Altra Investments on Colombia waste treatment deal
Baker McKenzie has advised Altra Investments, a private equity fund operating in the Andean region, in the sale of 100 per cent of its equity interest in Grupo Valrex to Industria Ambiental.
Grupo Valrex is a designer, builder and operator of industrial water systems in Colombia.
Additionally, Baker McKenzie Bogotá advised Altra Investments in the negotiation of the shareholders’ agreement and other corporate documents required to regulate the relationship between Altra Investments and the minority shareholders of the group.
