Carey counsels BCI on US banks acquisitions
Chilean law firm Carey has counselled Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (BCI) on its acquisition of US-based Executive Banking Corporation and Executive National Bank in a transaction valued at $75 million.
This is BCI’s third acquisition in the US, after having bought out CNB in 2015 and Total Bank in 2018.
Carey’s partner Francisco Ugarte (pictured) and associates Alejandra Daroch and Reiner Baack led the firm’s team advising BCI.
