PPU advises banks on $200m Acciona loan
Chilean law firm Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has advised a syndicate of banks on a $200 million loan facility to Acciona Financiación de Filiales Chile, guaranteed under Spanish law by energy and infrastucture company Acciona.
The banks the law firm advised are BBVA Securities, Banco Santander-Chile, Caixabank, and Mizuho Bank Europe.
PPU’s partner Marcelo Armas led the firm’s team advising the banks, with associate Daniel Parodi, while in-house counsels Patricio Anguita (at Banco Santander-Chile) and Fernando Beguiristain (at Acciona) advised their respective companies.
