TozziniFreire advises Omni Bank on debt issuance

Brazilian law firm TozziniFreire has advised Omni Bank on a 262 million reais ($

63 million) debt issuance. 

Kenneth Ferreria of TozziniFreireOmni has consolidated its position as one of the main players in Brazil in the financing of used vehicles and retail credit, expanding its operation in several segments to serve consumers with less access to credit, according to the law firm.


The law firm’s team was led by partner Kenneth Ferreira (pictured), with associates Marcus Fonseca and Leonardo Braghetto.
