Carey acts for Science Haven on financing round

Chilean law firm Carey has acted as counsel to Science Haven, a New Zealand-based biotech company specialised in human fertility, on the structuring and implementation of a financing round through convertible notes issued in Chile and New Zealand, with Chilean family offices as lead investors.
