Holland & Knight advises Fibra Uno on $841m property portfolio acquisition

Holland & Knight has advised Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra Uno on its $841 million deal to acquire the Titan Portfolio of 74 industrial properties.

Guillermo Uribe Lara H&KThe porfolio totals 1.2 million square metres in gross leasable area, and a land reserve of approximately one million square metre) in Mexico from real estate developer Finsa. 

The Holland & Knight team representing Fibra Uno was led by partner Guillermo Uribe (pictured), senior counsel Adrian Gay Lasa and associates Jorge E. González Carlini, Santiago Soldevilla Gutiérrez and Mirna L. Ordaz Avilés. Sarur Servicios Integrales S.C. acted as co-counsel.
