Pinheiro Neto assists Rebel Tecnologia on $10m capital raise

Pinheiro Neto has advised Rebel Tecnologia e Correspondente Bancário., a Brazilian start-up focussed on online lending, in a $10 million capital raise from new equity funding.

Bruno Balduccini of Pinheiro NetoParticipants in this round include Monashees and FinTech Collective, a New York-based global venture capital firm. The group of investors was advised by Veirano Advogados.

Pinheiro Neto’s team was led by partner Bruno Balduccini (pictured), with associate Ana Cristina do Val Fausto and legal aide Lucas Cassoli Bretones.
