Trench Rossi Watanabe advises on Log-In Logística share offering

Brazilian law firm Trench Rossi Watanabe, in a cooperation agreement with Baker McKenzie, has acted as external Brazilian counsel to underwriters Goldman Sachs, Itaú BBA, Safra and BNP Paribas on behalf of Brazilian logistics
company Log-in Logística Intermodal in the offering of 43,700,000 common shares, raising 633.65 million reais ($155.4 million).

The shares, listed in the special corporate governance segment of B3 (Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão S.A.), were made available to professional investors in Brazil, as well as to certain qualified institutional buyers in the US and other countries,

Log-in Logística Intermodal provides door-to-door transportation services, logistical planning, and cabotage and port services in Brazil and other Mercosur countries.
