Kuri Breña advises Vitro on $170m credit facility
Mexican law firm Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar has advised local glass manufacturer Vitro and its subsidiaries on the negotiation of a credit facility worth $170 million with The Bank of Nova Scotia.
Vitro is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Kuri Breña’s team was led by partners Daniel Kuri Breña Romero de Terreros and Álvaro Sarmiento Lapiedra, with Miguel Vallejo Guerra and Francisco Torres Corcuera.
Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton acted as counsel to Vitro and its subsidiaries in the US, while White & Case acted as counsel to The Bank of Nova Scotia
