Carey counsels Nova Austral on JV with Trusal

Law firm Carey has advised Chilean company Nova Austral, an Antarctic salmon producer, on a 50/50 joint venture with local salmon farming company Trusal, with the purpose to conduct fish farming activities in the Magallanes Region and to manufacture and commercialise salmon products.
