EY Law advises Trina Solar on Colombia project financing
EY Law has advised Trina Solar on the closing of a project finance structure for $12 million for the construction of the Parque Solar Bosques de los Llanos 1 solar plant in Colombia.
The lenders are the national financing corporation, Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, and Bank Davivienda.
This is the first project finance structure implemented in Colombia for non-conventional renewable energy projects.
Founded in 1997, Trina Solar is a global provider of photovoltaic module and smart energy solutions.
