Beccar Varela advises banks on Vista Oil & Gas issuance
Argentinian law firm Beccar Varela has advised the placement agents on a Vista Oil & Gas $50 million notes issuance.
The notes have a 48-month expiration, to February 2021, at a fixed rate of 3.50 per cent and were listed on the Argentinian stock exchange.
The banks acting as placement agents were Allaria Ledesma & Cía., Balanz Capital Valores, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Itaú Argentina, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, TPCG Valores, Banco Macro, Banco BBVA Argentina, Itaú Valores, Macro Securities, Puente Hnos. and Banco Santander Río.
Beccar Varela’s team was led by Luciana Denegri (pictured), with associates María Victoria Pavani, María Inés Cappelletti and Carolina Daher.
Vista Oil & Gas was advised by Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi, with a team led by José María Bazán, with Andrés Chester, Agustín Bauer, Facundo Sainato, Néstor Santiago Duhalde and Josefina Reyes.
