Tanoira Cassagne advises Dante Robino on buyout by Quilmes

Argentinian law firm Tanoira Cassagne has advised local wine producer Dante Robino on its buyout by the Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes brewery.

Santiago Monti of Tanoira CassagneThe purchase is of the totality of the shares of Bodega Dante Robino and Cavas de Perdriel.

Tanoira Cassagne’s team advising the seller was led by partners Santiago Monti (pictured) and Rafael Algorta, with associate Humberto Linares Dellepiane.

Quilmes was advised by Rosso Alba Francia y Asociados, with a team led by partners Gerardo Francia and Christian Fleischer, with associates Juan Toyos and Natalia Barbiero.
