Loeb & Loeb behind Distrito T-Mobile launch in Puerto Rico

US law firm Loeb & Loeb’s partner Seth Rose has acted for T-Mobile in its partnership with PRISA Group and ASM Global to be the founding naming rights partner of Distrito T-Mobile, a new, large-scale entertainment complex in Puerto Rico.

Seth Rose of Loeb & LoebThe deal underscores T-Mobile’s commitment to the island as it rebuilds following Hurricane Maria and recent earthquakes, the company said in a statement.

T-Mobile has a 10-year commitment, marking the first T-Mobile venue outside the continental US and the first naming rights deal of its kind in Puerto Rico.

Distrito T-Mobile is slated to open in April and will include dining, cinema, gaming and concert options.
