Cleary Gottlieb acts for Nexa Resources Peru on $100m loan

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has represented zinc producer Nexa Resources Perú as the borrower in a $100 million loan financing from JPMorgan Chase Bank.

Nexa Peru is a subsidiary of Nexa Resources, a large-scale, low-cost integrated zinc producer with over 60 years of experience developing and operating mining and smelting assets in Latin America.

Cleary previously represented Nexa Resources in its SEC-registered, dual-listed initial public offering in 2017.
