Beccar Varela promotes two partners
Argentinian law firm Beccar Varela has promoted two lawyers to partner, specialising in litigation and corporate law.
The promotion of Federico Sosa and Francisco Zavalía is both a recognition of their talent and of the great contribution they have made to the firm in the litigation and corporate law areas respectively, the law firm said in a statement.
Federico Sosa joined Beccar Varela in 2002 and focuses on litigation, particularly class action lawsuits, bankruptcy and asset restructuring. He also has ample experience in corporate legal counsel. He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and holds a master’s degree in corporate law from the Universidad Austral.
Francisco Zavalía joined the firm in 2012 from Vergara & Asociados (2003-2012) and his main areas of practice are corporate law and compliance. He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a master’s degree from the Universidad Austral.
