Cariola counsels Transtelco on Neutrona Networks acquisition
Chilean law firm Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos has advised Transtelco in the due diligence and review of the contract applicable in Chile regarding its international acquisition of Neutrona Networks.
Transtelco is the leading fibre infrastructure provider of high-capacity, low-latency communication solutions between the US and Mexico. Neutrona Networks is a software-defined network service provider that spans Latin America and the Caribbean, with an international presence in the US, Europe and Asia.

Transtelco has deep operating experience in our core growth markets, the US and Mexico, and we believe we can further complement their expansion plans beyond their current footprint,” Neurtona co-founder Mateo Ward said.
“We look forward to a seamless integration with Transtelco over the coming months,” Ward added.
