Davis Polk advises on CABEI’s $750m notes offering
Davis Polk has advised the deal managers, in connection with a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 2.000 per cent fixed-rate notes, due 2025 under CABEI’s medium-term notes program.
CABEI was established in 1960 as a multilateral development financial institution with the objective to promote the economic integration and the balanced economic and social development of the Central American region.
