Guerrero Olivos’ team was led by leading partner Macarena Ravinet, with partner Sebastián Yunge, senior counsel Alejandro Chechilnitzky and associates Matías Ríos, Antonia Namur and Tomás Montes

The foreign counsel was Davis Polk, with a team led by partner Maurice Blanco with associate James Vickers

Claro y Cía’s team was led by partner José Luis Ambrosy, with associates Paulina Valentín and Trinidad Rojas, while Guacolda’s foreign counsel was Sherman & Sterling.
