Guerrero Olivos acts for FALP in Radixact acquisition
Guerrero Olivos has represented Fundación Arturo López Pérez (FALP) in the acquisition of a Radixact radiotherapy system.
FALP is a non-profit organization dedicated to the research and treatment of cancer, offering a wide range of services and treatments.
This acquisition, from Reich de Comercio Exterior, a leading Chilean supplier of medical equipment, will allow FALP to continue fighting cancer with top-of-the-range equipment.
The law firm was in charge of the whole transaction, from preliminary negotiations until the closing, which included the negotiation and drafting of the purchase and maintenance agreement of the Radixact equipment.
In 2019, Guerrero Olivos participated in FALP’s joint venture and acquisition of a stake in PositronPharma S.A., a company that operates the only cyclotron in Chile, which are used to produce radionuclides.
