Pernod Ricard instructs White & Case in mezcal investment
White & Case has advised Pernod Ricard, the world’s second largest wines and spirits producer, on its investment in Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, a Mexican entity dedicated to the manufacturing, distribution and sale of the ‘Ojo de Tigre’ mezcal brand, and a subsidiary of Casa Lumbre.
This transaction marks Pernod Ricard’s second partnership with Casa Lumbre in recent months.
