Viña San Pedro Tarapacá retains Morales & Besa for bond issuance

Chilean law firm Morales & Besa has successfully advised Viña San Pedro Tarapacá on a Series D bond issuance on the local markets for a total of $52.6 million. 

Alvaro BarrigaViña San Pedro Tarapacá is the second-largest exporter of Chilean wines.

The law firm advised the winemaker and its financial advisers on the issuance, with a team led by partner Álvaro Barriga (pictured), with senior associate Andrea Díaz and associate Mariana Schnettler.
