Bruchou secures debt refinancing for Vista Oil & Gas
Argentinian law firm Bruchou Fernández Madero & Lombardi has advised Vista Oil & Gas Argentina on the refinancing of its debt
To refinance its debt, Vista Oil & Gas entered into a syndicated loan agreement for up to $45 million with Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Itaú Argentina, Itaú Unibanco (Nassau Branch), Banco Santander Río and Citibank.
The loan will be disbursed in two tranches, and will be applied to payments towards debt entered into by Vista Oil & Gas and the lenders in 2018.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Itaú Argentina, Banco Santander Río and Citibank acted as lenders under the syndicated loan agreement, while Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Itaú Unibanco, (Nassau branch), Banco Santander Río and Citibank acted as lenders under the original credit agreement.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Citibank acted as administrative agents.
