BLP has assisted 3Pillar Global on Ishtmus acquisition and credit package negotiation

BLP has advised 3Pillar Global on two essential operations.

3Pillar Global is a leading developer of innovative digital products who has purchased Costa Rica-based software development firm Isthmus Software.

The acquisition takes part in 3Pillar’s growth strategy. This strategy began in early 2020 by a new investment partnership with New York-based private equity investor CIP Capital to fuel the company’s continuing growth.

BLP Costa Rica team was led by partner Juan Carlos Tristán (pictured), and involved partner Mauricio Salas, Costa Rica office directors Alexandra Aguilar, Manrique Blen and Pablo Umaña, senior associate Elia Naranjo and associate Janelle Christie.
