Carey advises Trina on $700m sale

Carey has counselled Grupo Trina on power projects sale

Carey advised Grupo Trina on the sale of nine PV power projects in Chile to Texas Pacific Group for $700 million approximately.

This transaction is part of a more significant operation that involves the sale of different power projects and ancillary infrastructure of approximately 1.000 MW, located in Colombia, Mexico, Spain and Chile.

Carey team was led by partners Juan Francisco Mackenna (pictured left) and Manuel José Garcés (pictured right), and involved associates José Tomás Hurley and Valentina Mendoza.
