Rebaza, Alcázar & De las Casas counsels Rabobank on $10m loan

Rebaza, Alcázar & De las Casas Abogados has assited Coöperatieve Rabobank on Danper Trujillo’s loan extension

Danper is an organic produce company established in the North of Peru founded in 1994. On 2019 the company obtained a $20 million loan from Coöperative Rabobank.

To securing the extension, Danper modified the original financing documents and extended the mortgage, and ceded chattel guarantees on plantations protected by intellectual property rights and corporate securities in favour of the lender.

Rebaza, Alcázar & De las Casas team was led by partner Rafael Alcázar (pictured), and involved senior associate Ana María Sánchez and associate Valeria Sánchez Meléndez.
