Cuatrecasas advises Hudbay on option right purchase

Cuatrecasas has assisted Hudbay also in the negotiation and execution of a mining assignment contract and shareholders’ agreement

Cuatrecasas’ Lima office advised the mining company Hudbay Peru S.A.C. in the purchase of an option right on 70% of the shares of Anka Resoures S.A.C., as well as in the negotiation and execution of a mining assignment contract and shareholders’ agreement.

Thanks to this operation, Hudbay Peru will be able to continue expanding its exploration plan to find future mining deposits.
