Pinheiro Neto advises underwriters on Banco Pan notes offering
Pinheiro Neto Advogados has assited BTG Pactual, Credit Suisse, Itaú BBA and Caixa Econômica Federal in the transaction
Banco Pan SA launched a follow-on offering that allowed Caixa Participações SA to sell off 89,599,665 preferred shares it owns in the bank through a private placement. The deal reached the amount of $133 million.
Pinheiro Neto assisted to the consortium of banks which acted as underwriters for the transaction: Banco BTG Pactual, Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse and Banco Itaú BBA.
