TozziniFreire Advogados has advised Uby Agroquímica on consolidating its capital estructure

TozziniFreire was retained for the probate proceeding, implementation of the wealth plan, as well as for consolidating the capital structure of Uby Agroquímica S.A., after the death of one of the company´s founders. Under the Law firm supervision, Uby Agroquímica S.A. acquired the totality of its shares owned by O.S. Holding Ltda, representing 25% of the voting shares of Uby Agroquímica S.A.
