Carey advises on a $2.5 million fintech investment

Carey has counselled Ideas Impact and Manutara on fintech investment

Carey assisted Ideas Impact VC, from the family office Stars Investments, and Manutara Ventures on an investment round for $2.5 million in Xepelin Holdings, a fintech company.
This case was challenging because it included the structuring of the internationalization of the company to carry out the financing round abroad and the collaboration of lawyers of different jurisdictions, such as Chile, the United States and Cayman Islands.

Carey tem was led by partner Francisco Guzmán (pictured), and involved associate Andrés Latorre.
